Please submit all requests at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Emergency situations will try to be accommodated, but due to the large number of events and minimal staffing, we need ample time to plan our daily setup schedule. 

Be as descriptive as possible when requesting your equipment. Use the "Additional Information" under Event Details section to describe all specific details.
